Accommodation: The hotel consists of a variety of rooms: 40 double rooms, 25 family rooms, 20 studios, 40 one- bedroom apartments and 15 two, bedroom apartments. What they all have in common is that they are stylishly decorated, with majestic views of the nearby mountains and include: WC/bathroom, bathtub and hairdryer, direct dial telephone, cable TV, fully fitted kitchens and balconies.

Food and Drink Facilities: The menu at the Spa Hotel Emerald main restaurant is diverse and beautifully arranged and served by the master chef.  Nutritious meals are combined with a taste of traditional Bulgarian and international cuisine. There are also coffee, freshly baked pastries and children’s selections, as well as a selective list of wines, beverages and spirits.
Getting there: The hotel is easily reached- there are two privately operated bus companies which provide transportation between Sofia to Bansko.  
Nights out:  Most of the night entertainment venues, bars, restaurants, taverns, pubs and clubs are within a short distance to each other and stay open until very late.
Spa and Leisure: The Emerald Spa Hotel is rich in spa procedures and relaxation therapies. There is a steam and massage room, as well as a relaxing sauna, Jacuzzi, tanning room, fitness room and a large indoor swimming pool.

For accommodation in a studio or apartment is necessarily pay for Breakfast and Dinner- 11 Euro per adult, 6 Euro per child.

Discounts:

Children up to 2 years- free (not receiving services).

Children 2- 12 years on regular bed in double or family room pay 50% of regular bed.

Children 2- 12 years on extra bed with two adults in room, pay only 6 Euro per day for food.

Adult on extra bed pays 70% of the value.

Minimum accommodation in a family room- 3 adults.

Maximum accommodation: in a double room: 2+1, in the family room 4+2, 2+2 in the studio, in an apartment (1 bedroom) 2+2.

Supplements:

Christmas dinner (obligatory)- 45 Euro per adult, 28 Euro per child.

New Year's Eve Dinner (obligatory)- 60 Euro per adult, 40 Euro per child.

*Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior check-in time on the day of arrival to avoid being charged for the first night’s accommodation.
