Lion Hotel

Location: The Lion Hotel first opened its doors and welcomed its visitors in 2005 and as part of a hotel chain, it brought and applied its expertise in service and accommodation immediately. Set a few steps from the Gondola lifts, the hotel is conveniently within a walking distance to the Bansko centre and the ski facilities.

Accommodation: There are 190 rooms: single, double, studios and 8 apartments. All are furnished with discreet colours and with furniture designed to offer the most in comfort and design.  All units include: air- conditioning, private bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer, cable TV, mini bar, radio and telephone.

Food & Drinks Facilities: The Lion hotel offers a restaurant with a bar and buffet, where guests can enjoy Bulgarian and European food. For those seeking a more traditional approach to dining, the Mehana has a seating capacity of 110 people and serves a variety of Bulgarian dishes- accompanied by the typical lively Bulgarian décor and mood. The night bar has 90 available seats and provides a casual and entertaining setting for fun and dancing.

Getting there: The well paved and constructed roads make access to the resort and the hotel itself by car, taxi or bus particularly uncomplicated.  Once in the city, the centrally located hotel Lion can easily be reached.

Meeting Facilities: The main conference hall is the largest in the city- stunningly, it can easily accommodate up to 300 people. With natural sunlight and equipped with: wireless internet, audio with wireless microphones, multimedia, DVD player, interactive screens and flipchart, it can be configured into a variety of ways to fit any occasion.
